One of Green World’s big attractions was the macaw stunt show in the animal theater.

The animal theater was the highlight of this stop

The first thing inside the theater was a souvenir shop, and after the show the food court was right next door. See? The owner really knew how to do business—the route was planned perfectly ^.^

Around ten macaws took part in each show, and every bird had its own specialty. First came a flag-raising ceremony, followed by a puzzle.

Then came arithmetic.

After the puzzle, it was time for arithmetic

It really could calculate, too—not just 1+2=3. People in the audience tried 7−2 and 5+4, and it answered both correctly @.@''

Even the audience's arithmetic questions could not stump it

There was also a bicycle crossing a tightrope ~.~'", a scooter, a giant rolling wheel, and roller-skating. Every routine was different.

The biggest surprise was “gambling”! It was the street-corner scam game where a ball is hidden under one of several cups and you have to guess which cup it is under.

Three rounds, three correct guesses!! Lisa and Belle were completely wide-eyed @.@'"

Time for close-ups of the class leader and deputy leader ^.^

There was also a little green bird that never appeared onstage that day ~.~. A big white bird sat calmly to one side watching the show and did not have to perform either. I guessed it must have been someone important… ha…

After the show, we had lunch at the food court next door. The pork-rib noodles were NT$90 and tasted pretty good. The oyster omelet was NT$60 and not good at all—it seemed as if they had forgotten the flour and fried it with a whole ladle of starch water instead @.@'"

A scoop of Xiaomei ice cream was NT$35. It was huge and much better than the self-serve kind at Noble Family Steak House, so perhaps it was a better grade ~.~

After lunch, we stepped outside the theater onto a broad lawn.

The children were delighted to see all that grass and immediately started running and jumping around. After playing for a while, we continued toward the Discovery Area~~
